Invoice template questions

Are these invoice templates free?

Yes. Every template on this page is free to use in your business, with no signup and no watermark. They run in your browser, and nothing you type is uploaded.

Can I add my logo and business details?

Yes. Add your business name, phone, email, license number, and logo once. They're saved in this browser and fill in on every invoice template, the blank invoice maker, and the estimate maker.

Will invoices from different trade pages repeat a number?

No. Every invoice page in this browser suggests the next number after the last one you printed or downloaded, starting at INV-1001, so a plumbing invoice and a handyman invoice won't share a number. You can type your own numbers too.

My trade isn't listed. What should I use?

Use the blank invoice maker. It has sample line items for ten trades, including roofing, pest control, pool and spa, and painting, and you can type in any line items you like.
