3. Rough room sizes if you know them (length x width, ceiling height).
4. A photo of each room from a corner, plus close-ups of any cracks, water stains, or peeling paint.
5. Are you changing colors, or keeping the same ones?
6. Your address and when you'd like it done.

Tip: Photos are often enough for a ballpark on a room or two. For a whole house, exterior work, or a lot of repairs, offer a walkthrough before a firm price.

Hi [first name], here's your quote: [link]. Each room has its own line with walls, ceilings, trim, and doors, and the paint is listed by product and sheen. Tip: Send it the day before, so there's time to clear the walls. Say plainly which furniture you'll move and which they should.

List the paint by product and sheen at the end. Add one short line on what prep is included. Don't make up prices: put [$] where each price goes.
