4. Is there a working outside water spigot?
5. Your address, so I can check it on the map.

Tip: Photos and the address are often enough for a firm price on driveways and one-story houses. For roofs, two-story homes, or heavy staining, offer a quick walkaround.

Tip: Send it the evening before, not the morning of, so there's time to move cars and find the gate key.
